Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Asetrix platform and APIs. By using the service you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.
Accounts & API keys
Access is granted per tenant via API keys. You are responsible for keeping keys secret and for all activity under your keys. We may revoke a key that is misused or compromised.
Acceptable use
- Use the data only for legitimate, lawful business purposes you are entitled to perform.
- Do not resell, scrape in bulk, or redistribute raw data except as expressly permitted.
- Respect the privacy of data subjects and comply with POPIA and other applicable law.
Billing
Services are billed per request based on metered usage. Rates and any minimums are set out in your commercial agreement. Usage records in the portal are the basis for invoicing.
Data & accuracy
Valuation and verification data is provided by third-party sources and offered on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, Asetrix does not warrant that any value or result is error-free, and it should not be the sole basis for a material decision.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Asetrix's liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.
